Payment
Payment for the product or products ordered by the user/customer is made in the following ways: Credit card, Bank deposit, Cash on delivery (with a charge of 2€) Tosounidis company accepts payment with all VISA and Mastercard credit cards. Bank deposit must be made within 5 days otherwise the order is cancelled. Bank charges are borne entirely by the customer/user otherwise they are charged during the execution of the order. Bank deposit can be made to one of the following accounts. The name of the holder of the following accounts is TOSOUNIDIS SAV. THEODOROS.

Shipping
The products are shipped on the same or at the latest the next working day from the day of your order by ELTA COURIER.
Tosounidis company does not deliver parcels to underage persons who do not have written authorization from their parent/guardian.
All e-shop prices include VAT. Upon completion of your order, an email is automatically sent with the analysis of your order as well as the tracking number of the company ELTA COURIER.
In case a product is not available, we will inform you by email or phone about the progress of your order. In case any of the products are not immediately available, the waiting time may usually reach 3 to 10 working days.
The delivery of the products to your place is done by a courier company in 1-3 working days. For some remote areas the delivery time can exceed 4 working days.
Tosounidis company bears no responsibility for delays in the execution of orders due to force majeure, and external factors or in case of occurrence of events.
The cost of shipping with ELTA Courier is 3,72€ for all of Greece for packages up to 2 kg of real or volumetric. For each subsequent kilo (real or volumetric) the cost is 1,24€.
We offer “Free shipping costs” for orders over 40€.
For orders over 200€ an additional 5% discount.
The cost of cash on delivery is 2€ (Regardless of the order amount unless a specific promotion is performed.)
For shipments to Cyprus the charge is 11€ and the waiting time may usually reach 7 to 10 working days.
For the progress of your order you are informed by email about each stage of it until the delivery to the courier company.

PICK-UP FROM OUR STORE (Valaoritou 18 & Leontos Sofou 22, P.C.54625 Thessaloniki)
Orders for pick-up from the store are served on the same or at the latest on the next business day and you are informed by email when they are ready in order to arrive for pick-up from our physical store.
Hours of receipt of orders from the store:
- Daily Monday – Friday 10:00-16:00
Orders with receipt from the store are not charged with shipping costs.
Orders that remain pending for more than 3 working days, are automatically released.
The above Terms are subject to and construed in accordance with Greek law. . If a provision is declared invalid or voidable by the competent Greek court, it ceases to be in force, without this affecting the validity of the remaining Terms. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thessaloniki.
