How to order

The user / customer who wishes to order products from our online store, must first add them to his shopping cart and then proceed with

• the dispatch of the order to the Company by clicking on the relevant link and
• filling out the payment form in one of the available ways.

Your order is completed by clicking on the “Checkout” button.

The company TOSOUNIDIS, as soon as it receives the above order, is automatically sent to the user / customer by e-mail to his e-mail address, proof of receipt of this order.

The parcel sent by tosounidis company to the user/customer in execution of his/her order shall be accompanied by a detailed retail receipt. Additionally, this receipt is also sent to the user/customer’s email.

Order Cancellation (Process)

The customer reserves the right to cancel his order after first contacting via e-mail at e-orders@tosounidis.gr and has been contacted by 2310538150 phone to confirm that the order has not been shipped. In case the product has been delivered to the shipping company or has been shipped for delivery, the customer cannot cancel the order.

In this case, he must receive his order and then follow the return procedure.

In case of refusal to receive or indifference to receipt of the order or similar malicious act on the part of the buyer, the buyer is obliged to deposit the shipping costs.

The online store tosounidis. gr reserves the right to go to court in order to claim the damages that may have occurred as a result of an electronic or telephone order of the customer. Competent courts are the courts of Thessaloniki, courts of the seat of the e-shop.

Return Procedure

• Return of defective product

In case of return of a defective product, this is done exclusively within 15 days of receipt of the product by the customer and after having been sent an email to e-orders@tosounidis.gr from the customer indicating:

1. The defect,
2. Attaching a photo of the defect, as well as the order number and the number of the retail sales receipt or invoice of the product.

A prerequisite for the return of a defective product is that the product has the labels on it, has not been washed and is returned with its packaging in perfect condition.

Then, a confirmation email is sent from our online store for the return of the product at our charge with ELTA COURIER using the code that will be mentioned in the email.

The refund is made in the same way as the payment of the order.

In the package where the product is sent by the customer, the following must be necessary:

1. The defective product, with its packaging and its labels
2. Photocopy of the retail receipt or invoice of purchase of the product .
3. The return confirmation email sent from our online store.

Our online store upon receipt of the product will replace the defective product and will send it free of charge or will credit the money of the value of the product to the customer (credit card or bank account) in case the customer wishes to do so.

Returns that have not faithfully followed the above procedure will not be accepted and the cost of shipping will be borne by the customer.

• Change of product or withdrawal from sale.

For the change of the product, this can be done exclusively within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer and the process is the same as the process of returning a defective product simply by stating in the email what exactly change the customer wants.

In case of change, the customer is charged with the shipping costs to our online store as well as the corresponding costs of resending the change. The costs within Greece amount to 3,5 € for each shipment to and from our online store, so a total of 7 €. This amount must be paid by the customer before the final shipment of the changed product from our store to the customer.

Withdrawal from sale

The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by Legislative Decree Z1-891/2013), with the same procedure as the product change. The customer must in the email explicitly mention his withdrawal from the sale and his desire to credit his money in the same way that he made his payment in our online store.

In this case, the customer is charged with the shipping costs of the product to our online store. The cost amounts to 3,5€ with ELTA COURIER

After receiving the product from our online store and after receiving and checking the products regarding the integrity of the packaging, the fact that they have not been worn or even washed, our online store will send a relevant email and will credit the amount corresponding to the returned product minus the shipping costs to our online store in case the product returns at our charge and only with ELTA COURIER.

Returns with other COURIER companies are not accepted by charging our e-shop except ELTA COURIER explicitly and always necessary by using the code of our store that is mentioned in the approval email of the return sent from our online store.

The crediting of the amount is made within 10 days from the receipt and control of the returned order and always in the same way that the payment of the order was made by the customer.
